Return and Exchange Policy

At Built to Destroy, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the details below to understand our return and exchange process.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale."
- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at deadstoreapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that don’t fit correctly, subject to availability.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at deadstoreapparel@gmail.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new size or color you need.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on returning your original item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us and for shipping the exchanged item back to them.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
