Charlie's FreeWheels

Charlie's FreeWheels is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering Toronto's youth by providing them with free bikes, teaching them the skills to maintain them, and creating spaces where youth feel confident and supported. Established in 2009 in memory of Charlie Prinsep, who died tragically at the age of 23 after being hit by a car while on a cross-country bike tour.
